St. George weekend

So me and Jon and his family went to St. George for the valentne weekend. It was so warm! Skye was sick the whole time so that was not fun but we still had a good time. We went hiking and went to the park and stuff.

So I decided one day that I wanted to have a little photoshoot with Skye for Valentines. It was so much fun I am going to do one for every holiday. So be watching out for St.Pattys day. Haha. At times it was hard to keep her still so I had to distract her with different things....one being chocolate. So in one she has chocolate all over her face but I think its so cute! Love her! Happy Valentines day!

The Devil Dog Dex!

So I have wanted a puppy for a really really long time. So for my birthday Jon totally suprised me with one! It was awsome! I cried It was so sweet of him. He is not good at suprising me with things so this was a huge deal! But our favorite show to watch is Dexter on Showtime. So we named him Dexter but we usually just call him Dex. Unless he is in trouble. But he is a siberan Husky and is already getting so big. I don't have any pics right now of when he was a tiny puppy. But he is definetly hard work. I call him devil dog cause I swear he is! He is way harder then Skye most days. Atleast she pees and poos in a diper. But we love him and now we feel like we are a real family!

So it has been forever since I made a new blog. So I just put a bunch of random pics of Skye so you can see how big she is getting. She is 8 months now. She is such a little diva too. She also is crawling and knows where her nose is. She is getting so big it is crazy. Her and our new dog get along really good. When he gets in trouble she laughs. Its cute! And that other little girl is our friends Kendra and JJs daughter named Rettlee. She like to play with Skye!

We were just at our friends house and he just got a new camera. And me and jon were just playing with skye at the moment and so he just took a buch of pictures of us. It was fun.

So she is out of the hospitol and she is now smiling and cooing. It is so cute I love it.

RSV Nightmare

So Skye had a little cough and it started getting worse and worse. Then one night I was nursing her and she sounded really bad. Like she could hardly breath and she was really croopy and stuff. So I woke up Jon and told him I was taking her to the ER. It was about 2 in the morning but I was too scared to wait till morning to take her. It was so crazy driving her to the Hospitol. Cause my whole life it was my mom doing that and taking me to the Dr. when I needed. And it was so wierd to drive my own daughter. Anyway after waiting for a few hours for test results they told me she had RSV and that she needed to be admitted. She had to stay in the hospitol for 5 days. It was so sad. She just got sicker and sicker. It was my first real mom experience I guess. To know how it feels to watch her feel so sick and be in pain and go thru these horrible treatments they would do to her. I cried and cried. It was so horrible. But she is finally doing great! And we are so happy to be out of the hospitol.

Our Baby Skye Is finally here. She was born December 30 at 9:02 am. She was 6.5 lbs and 18 in long. She is the love of our lives. We cant get enough of her. She is so beautiful. We are so glad she is here. We Love her so Much!!!!!! She is out little angel.

The Aquarium

Me and Jon went to an aquarium one day. It was really fun. We love doing all kinds of activities we can think of. They even had a sting ray tank to pet sting rays. It was awsome.

This song is called "The Skye Boat Song" Its a famous scottosh song. Its a peaceful lullaby. I love it. I'm going to learn it to sing it to my little Skye. Oh and if you didn't know were naming our baby girl Skye. So thats why I love this song so much.

So this is the first blog of my pregnant tummy. I am 23 weeks. And definetly getting bigger. Its a baby girl and were naming her Skye Christine. Being pregnant is something I never imagined what it would feel like. Its crazy to feel a baby inside you. Being pregnant is very speacial:) But its also not the best feeling in the world. haha All moms would understand. But Ill keep you updated on my growing belly.

Simply An Accident

So as many of you know I am expecting in January. I just want everyone to know that I am not boasting or bragging about it, but I did not make a mistake. It simply was just an accident. I made a wrong choice but I am making lemonade out of lemons with my choice. Jon and I Love each other very very much. So for everyone who wants to judge me I don't care because what I did was wrong but something beautiful will come because of it. Everyone makes wrong choices and learns from them. This is the beautiful cake that me and Kara made. We spent hours and hours! Even though you would never think that. Haha. This was made with pretty much our made up fondat recipie. Cause we could never get it right. So if anyone knows how to make fondant i would love to know. And if your wondering what all that wierd looking stuff is its popourie. I wouldn't eat this cake if i were you. Haha.

Just 5 more days till me and Jon are finally married! This is going to be the longest 5 days ever. But it just feels like a dream. I feel like I have been waiting for this day so long that its all just a dream and it will never come. Even though it will. And I can't wait!!!
